I currently provide sessions in my Manchester, CT office or virtually based on your preference. I am licensed to provide therapy in both Connecticut and Rhode Island.
I believe in the sacred nature of relationships. Together we can navigate what is true and work towards a place of acceptance and surrender in order to move about the world from a place of empowerment. My approach is centered around what works best to meet you where you are in life and expand outward from a place of grounded support.
I work with most of the major insurance companies, including United HealthcareOptum, Cigna, Anthem BCBS, Aetna and Husky. I am also able to support out of network care with other insurance companies. You will want to contact your insurance company directly to familiarize yourself with your specific plan. I also accept self pay clients.

We need each other! There is no guide on how to start or run a private practice and the isolation can be overwhelming if you don’t connect with other colleagues. I provide therapy to other therapists, along with supervision. Please contact me to talk more.

I am passionate about supporting mamas in all stages of their mothering journey.
Since the birth of my son, I immersed myself in the world of perinatal mental health education and all things related to matrescence. Following the birth of my son, I struggled with depression and never felt more isolated. I am committed to supporting mamas, we shouldn’t have to feel like we are alone. You are not alone, you are not to blame and with help, you will be well.
